N.I.C.O.L.E. Command

Your whole day on one screen.

Not only for emergency management. N.I.C.O.L.E. Command is one control system for everything your team watches, answers and decides, built for the hard days and the ordinary Tuesdays in between, and branded as your own.

N.I.C.O.L.E. Command

Too many places to look.

  • Every answer lives somewhere else.Work orders, schedules, dispatch notes and last year's statement sit in four tools and two inboxes.
  • Your phone rings before the facts are in.Customers, residents, reporters and your own board all want an answer now, and it has to be right.
  • The rumor moves faster than the correction. One wrong post can reach the whole town while you are still checking.

N.I.C.O.L.E. Command

Think of it as your control room.

Picture one big screen. Every problem your team has to keep track of shows up there, colored by how much it needs you. When something changes, the screen tells you. When people need to hear from you, N.I.C.O.L.E. writes the first draft. When you say yes, it goes out.

That is N.I.C.O.L.E. Command, short for Narrative Intelligence & Command Operational Leadership Engine. We built it in house at McCosh Films after thirty years as journalists and filmmakers inside newsrooms, schools, hospitals, marinas and city halls, watching good people copy, paste and guess while the story ran ahead of them.

N.I.C.O.L.E. Command

Green, yellow, red. You always know where you stand.

  • Green. All clear.Everything running. The screen stays quiet.
  • Yellow. Watch.Something is building: a late truck, a leak, a slow ticket, a rumor starting. A silent amber pulse.
  • Red. Needs you now.A full screen red flash and a low tone, then quiet.
  • Rumor Alert.False information spreading online gets its own smaller flash and a soft ping.

N.I.C.O.L.E. Command

How it works.

  • It sees it.Your team logs an event, or a call, email or message comes in. The screen changes color and the map marks the spot. Real events and online chatter stay in separate lanes.
  • It sorts it.Resident messages, vendor updates, status changes and public posts are cross checked together, so you see what is real, what is spreading and what needs you next.
  • It drafts it.The notice, the resident text, the customer update and the talking points come from your verified facts. Every version is kept.
  • You approve, and it goes out.Edit a line or approve it as written. It posts to your updates page and your own X, Facebook and Nextdoor accounts, and lands in your Vault for next time.

It is 11 PM. A resident texts a photo of water spreading across her kitchen floor, and the unit below is next. The plumber says he is 40 minutes out, and rent is past due on six units across Buildings B and D. Who calls the resident back, who tells 403, and who chases the rent first?
